Can you coordinate export for products purchased from other suppliers?
Send the supplier and cargo details. We will review the feasible coordination scope and any required documents.
Can you combine products from several Korean suppliers?
Consolidation can be reviewed after checking cargo readiness, supplier locations, packaging, dimensions and destination.
Are import duties and customs clearance included?
Responsibilities are confirmed against the quoted delivery condition and service scope. Do not assume destination charges or import clearance are included unless expressly stated.
Do you operate your own freight fleet?
No. BNM Cluster coordinates shipments with logistics partners and manages the agreed communication and documentation scope.
