Information you provide
BNM Cluster receives the company, email address, requirement and any optional details you submit. Please avoid including confidential information that you are not authorized to share.
Purpose and access
Inquiry information is stored by the website hosting service and is available to the BNM Cluster site owner for requirement review, quotation follow-up and communication. Relevant product specifications may be shared with suppliers or logistics partners when needed to review your request.
Inquiry alerts
When email alerts are enabled, Resend processes the company name, inquiry category and reference number to notify the BNM Cluster site owner. Contact details and detailed requirements remain in the inquiry inbox and are not included in the alert. Alert emails may be retained separately in the mailbox of the site owner.
Website activity
The site counts page views, inquiry-button clicks and form starts without advertising cookies. Campaign labels, the first page visited in the current tab and a referring website category can be included with an inquiry. Temporary session storage keeps this source information as you move between pages. These counts are not a count of unique people.
Abuse prevention
A short-lived keyed identifier derived from the connection address is used to limit automated requests. The inquiry application does not store the raw connection address. The hosting provider may process technical access logs under its own policies.
Retention and requests
The inquiry inbox is intended for active quotation follow-up. Entries older than 12 months are removed during inbox access or subsequent form processing; records required for an agreed transaction may be kept separately. Aggregate website activity older than 90 days is removed during the same cleanup. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@bnmcluster.com.
Your choice
You can email us instead of using the form. Form submission does not subscribe you to a newsletter and does not trigger an automatic email confirmation.
