Casing Joint sourcing for foundation work.
Request casing joints, couplings or mating components against your existing casing drawing. We coordinate identification, supplier clarification and export requirements from Korea.
The mating geometry is the starting point.
Matching casing diameter does not guarantee that two joint systems connect. For a replacement, document both halves of the existing joint, the fastening arrangement and any worn surfaces. Specify whether the requirement is a complete joint or an individual male or female component.
Specification checklist for your quotation
| Information | What to share |
|---|---|
| Mating geometry | Dimensioned drawing of the male and female interfaces, including tolerances. |
| Fasteners | Bolt or pin type, dimensions, quantity and any locking or sealing components. |
| Existing casing | Outside and inside diameter, wall construction and connection reference. |
| Service requirement | Drilling method and specified load or torque requirements for supplier review. |
| Order scope | Complete pair or individual component, material requirement, quantity and destination. |
What your quotation should clarify
Product configuration, manufacturer and country of origin, included components, availability, lead time and the agreed packing and delivery scope. BNM Cluster coordinates supplier responses; final technical suitability must be confirmed for the quoted item.
Before you request a quote
Can you quote a male or female half separately?
Specify which half is required and provide the mating drawing. Supply feasibility and dimensional compatibility are reviewed with the supplier.
Can worn joints be identified from photographs?
Photographs help initial identification, but critical dimensions should come from a drawing or measurements of a suitable reference rather than the worn surface alone.
